You’ll sleep deeply and comfortably between your outings into the City, with the best that the City has to offer within steps of your residence. The Bonsoir Building is a 2024 renovation of a certified historic Warehouse District mansion with classic New Orleans charm. This building dates back to pre-1876 when it was first used as a residence, but has been home to a number of uses over its 150+ years of life! Our reimagination of this building restores its historic splendor with all the modern amenities you would expect in 2024, but with sultry and fun twists in every unit.

Our 3 bedroom units features a king size beds in each bedroom, a king size pull out sofa in the living area, and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. There are two full bathrooms, one ensuite and the other is accessible through the living area of the unit. As our guest, you'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer/dryer, high-speed wifi, incredibly comfortable beds, smart TVs in each room, and a spacious living area for relaxing, entertaining, and remote working.
Parking
Paid parking available less than a block from Bonsoir at 601 Carondelet Street. Rates typically $45/day and in-out privileges offered.
Additional parking available at 620 O'Keefe Avenue. Rates typically $45/day and in-out privileges offered.

We love New Orleans and when my aunt told me our cruise was docking from that port I knew we needed to extend our vacation. My niece was able to drive my daughter and her family to meet us after the cruise. The listing was perfect. It is a great location and made it easy to walk to the french quarter.I would definitely book here again!
