Our stay at Nathan's place was very nice. The house was well stocked and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens are so soft (felt like we were sleeping on clouds). I appreciated that the lamps in the rooms were dimmable, especially for the little ones. We surprisingly enjoyed the cowboy pool, the temperature of the water was perfect after going to the cold natural water spots in Austin. The house is located near attractions and easy to get to from the freeway.

The house exceeded our expectation to accommodate our family for our daughter’s graduation. It was very clean and spacious. The back patio was a nice touch to accommodate us as well. The location was perfect! The host responded quickly & communicated very well! Will definitely rent this house again when we go back with a big group.

House accommodated our event well. The biggest complaint was cleanliness. There was hair all over the house from previous stayers. There was hair in the beds that were supposed to be clean and there were discarded contact lenses despite no one in our party being contact lense wearers
