The apartments were spotless and have all the facilities needed for a comfortable week long stay. The location is also excellent close to public transport stops and restaurants. Check in process was easy.
One of the apartments on the third floor was quite cold and the heating was turned off. The bedrooms in one of the ground floor apartments had a pretty dangerous staircase.
In a whole week our apartments were never cleaned or restocked with towels, garbage bags or toilet rolls.

Sehr gute Lage, fussläufig alles wichtige zu erreichen, gute Anbindung an ÖPNV, kostenloser Parkplatz. Interessanter Schnitt und schöne Ausstattung.
Bad sehr klein, Fenster schon in die Jahre gekommen und nicht dicht.

- Location is great.
- Free parking service is good.
- Cleaning was okey.
They asked for deposit one day before our visit. I told them I don't want to make any payment apart from Booking.com but then they insisted. Then I said ok but when I checked the link they sent via email, it was written that deposit payment was not mandatory for Booking customers so i didn't pay for it. So this discussion with the owner was unnecessary.
Another issue was there were no towels when we arrived. When i informed the owner, he found a solution but they can be more cautious.
