De rustige ligging, ruim huis.
Het huis dient nog verder afgewerkt te worden ( ontbreken van electriciteitskast in de living) verder alles prima,

Een vakantiehuisjes in een nieuwe woonwijk, nieuwe ervaring. We waren in Balen owv een familiefeest en hebben dit gecombineerd met een dag extra met ons gezin. Het huisje was proper en clean. Ook geen opmerkingen over de slaapkamers en de badkamer (misschien toch zorgen voor een gordijn zodat de buren niet kunnen binnenkijken). Mooi en verzorgd.
Een volledig ingerichte keuken waarvan sprake op de website hebben we niet aangetroffen. Er was geen volledig bestek om met 7 personen te kunnen eten, ook koken voor 7 personen was niet mogelijk owv te kleine en te weinig kookpotten. Ook het zicht naar buiten was buiten alle verwachtingen. Een niet afgewerkte tuin met zicht op de achtertuinen van de buren. Vuilzakken aan de ene kant en aan de andere kant her en der wat stoelen. Ook te weinigen om met 7 personen buiten te zitten. Van een voortuin was helemaal geen sprake. Het valt te begrijpen omdat het een nieuwe wijk is, maar het is toch helemaal geen moeite om daar iets moois van te maken. Het maakt de entree van een weekend eens zo gezellig.
