Toda a comunicação com o anfitrião foi ótima. O apartamento é bastante confortável, possui utensílios que facilitam a rotina diária, e fica em uma região de montanha de fácil acesso de carro e com uma vista linda do lago. Fica 5 min de carro do centro de compras. E em um local bastante silencioso. Com todas as persianas automáticas e que deixam o local no total escuro. Perfeito para descansar. Também possui sistema de aquecimento, que permite deixar o ambiente ainda mais aconchegante em noites frias.
Apesar de móveis de primeira linha, o apartamento poderia estar mais limpo. Formigas no piso. Esponja de lavar louças deve ser substituida a cada novo inquilino por higiene.
