Если вы заезжаете после 20.00, готовьтесь к сложностям. Нужно звонить, выяснять детали заезда, они нигде не описаны сразу. Система кодов. Инструкция присылается после того, как вы пройдете онлайн регистрацию, оплатите городской налог. Мне инструкция так и не пришла на почту. Хорошо, что были друзья в Италии, которые звонили и все выясняли. Ответ был такой: если за 5 минут не пройдете регистрацию, мы потом редко отвечаем. ☹️

Localização excelente, na Duomo e em frente ao metro. As comodidades muito boas, ambientes moderno e limpo.
Achei a equipe extremamente inflexível. Reservei 6 diárias, pois nos primeiros 4 dias participaria de um evento da empresa em que trabalho. No entanto, cerca de um mês antes, a empresa alterou a localização do evento, tornando inviável permanecer hospedada tão longe.
Diante dessa situação excepcional, sugeri algumas alternativas para flexibilizar minha estadia, como a alteração das datas, já que eu retornaria a Milão na semana seguinte. Ainda assim, não houve qualquer abertura para negociação — foram simplesmente inflexíveis.
Tenho ciência de que a tarifa não era reembolsável, mas, mesmo diante do ocorrido e apresentando inclusive uma carta da empresa, não houve disposição para encontrar uma solução. Acabei arcando com o prejuízo de 4 diárias.
