About this apartment rental
This comfortably decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at the summit of Sugar Mountain has amazing views and it is the place to be when you need a vacation. The condo is on the first floor with easy access. The unit features a fully furnished kitchen including washer/dryer, Private WiFi, and a TV in the living area as well as both bedrooms. King in the master and queen in second bedroom. Sleeper sofa available in living room. It is a short drive to the ski slopes, ice skating, tubing, golf, tennis, mountain biking, and hiking. Banner Elk, Boone, and Blowing Rock are all just minutes away if you are wanting to get some shopping done or go sightseeing and there are lots of casual dining. Visit the lobby to enjoy the indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and weight room.
Please be advised that there is a parking shuttle that is run by Sugar Top. Resort Real Estate and Rentals have no control over the shuttle system. However, we have not had any issues with this.

Unit was great, as advertised with some nice extras. Transportation to Sugar is not ideal though, must take multiple shuttles or one shuttle and then drive yourself. Parking on both ends is dicey. Also condo building does not allow ski or snowboard equipment in the building...

Excellent check in experience, unit was very clean and kitchen well stocked. I had 4 teenage boys with me and they took the shuttle over every morning to the ski slopes with out any issues. The only negative event was the female driver from the resort to the parking lot. She was always complaining about other people she had picked up Very unprofessional.
