There are two other cottages on the property, and the laundry facilities are shared with these and an additional property.
Please Note: We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for all primary renters.
We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
Interaction with Guests:
Although we provide self-check in for a completely contactless experience, we are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay! For the fastest response - pls message us through the Airbnb / VRBO app.

Great location, walking distances to the beach, shops, restaurants and sunset cliffs. However there was construction behind the unit that started from 7-8am-5-6pm. I work from home and need a private network so was unavoidable. Host was a bit slow to respond and there weren’t extra sheets or towels, but overall very thoughtful touches.

Super Cool Little Spot. Do wish parking was a little easier, but it wasn't a huge pain. Fortunately, I found a parking spot in the street every night I was there, but that's one thing that was a little dicey each night. That area felt like parking in the street was a godsend each time I found it because it was jam packed filled and full every time minus the one spot I was able to find each time.
