Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 185 m² house for rent in Nouvion-et-Catillon, which can accommodate up to 11 people. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A dining room
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee maker, Senseo pod coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160×200) + 1 single bed, plus an adjoining room with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, raclette machine, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- Jacuzzi for 6 people available from 15 April to 15 October
- A lovely 1,000 m² enclosed garden
- A 100 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Nouvion-et-Catillon, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, restaurants and bars are nearby .....
