Looking for a private getaway? Stay at the Raccoon Lakehouse, a 4 bedroom, 3 bath lakefront home on 10 secluded wooded acres with over 380 feet of lake frontage. You can fish, kayak, or swim in this calm cove of the lake. Enjoy dinner on the patio overlooking the lake, with gas and charcoal grill, and an outdoor gas firepit. Relax in the outdoor hot tub. Later that night, gather around the wood firepit and roast marshmallows and swap stories. Back in the house you can get cozy by the gas fireplace, or challenge your family and friends to a round of pool in the game room. Enjoy watching raccoons, deer, opossums, squirrels, and foxes that come to visit.

Security: Ring doorbell camera, floodlight camera on side of house facing the parking area, and floodlight camera pointing into backyard. These are the only cameras on property.

My family and I recently enjoyed 4 nights at the Raccoon Lakehouse. This property was perfect for us. The peaceful and private setting allowed us to relax and unwind. The home was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The best part was watching the wildlife! The squirrels, deer and raccoons kept us entertained all day. Bryan and Dan are the best hosts! They went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Large, comfortable, luxurious accommodations. Gorgeous wooded property with wonderful amenities for relaxation and entertainment. This was a fantastic rental property. We will be back!

My family visited during the solar eclipse in April '24. We were searching for a spot in the line of totality and lucked out with this home. It was, hands down, the best VRBO experience we've ever had! This property is wonderful. Inside it is immaculately kept, and full of delightful, high-end touches. The kitchen is well appointed, and the furniture is all very comfortable. The showers are heavenly. There are beautiful views out of expansive windows over the lake, and the backyard has several lovely outdoor areas in which to gather to cook, read, chat, or nap. After dark there are charming cafe lights illuminating the view, and the kids loved watching the wildlife. Several times we ventured out onto the lake and had a great time paddling around. The whole property is so peaceful and secluded. It is a wonderful place to escape and relax. The hosts were generous, thoughtful, and so responsive to questions throughout our stay. We enjoyed every minute of our time here, and would gladly recommend this home to everyone we know! 11/10! Thank you so much for having us!
