Intimate bespoke lodge with three bedrooms sleeping up to six people. Master bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Large family shower room and separate w/c. Airy, open-plan living area combining lounge, dining area, and kitchen. Private outdoor area with lakeside views and bubbling hot tub for ultimate relaxation.
Whimbrel lodges have a smaller, separate fishing peg to the side of the lodge.Maximum occupancy, two people, maximum rods, four.

A security deposit of £100 will be taken upon arrival via credit/debit card and refunded within 3 to 5 working days, once the accommodation has been checked and left in good condition.

Just arrived home from 7 nights in Whimbrel lodge, we are all gutted to be home. What a fantastic holiday we have all had. Walked in and we were stunned by the lodge it’s absolutely gorgeous, finished to such a high standard. Immaculately clean and we even had a bottle of ice cold Prosecco and a box of chocolates on arrival. Plenty towels for hot tub, which was also heated up and ready to go, it was very very clean! Staff are so lovely and friendly, anything you may need they are there happy to help. We didn’t have a bbq in our lodge however after requesting one we were brought over a brand new bbq freshly built by the owner. Beds were very clean and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved fishing, the staff were happy to offer some tips, the lake is picturesque and sitting on the lakeside veranda overlooking it was perfect. Had all the amenities we could need. Well equipped kitchen, which also has a dishwasher and washing machine / dryer. Both bathrooms had a complimentary bag of toiletries. I feel like we’ve found an amazing hidden gem and we all cannot wait to return. Definitely our holiday destination for the future, could easily spend 2 weeks there it’s so beautiful. Thankyou for an amazing stay.

Lovely lodge furnished great , bed was a little low for us , but was still comfortable, wished it had a few cushions on the sofa’s and maybe a lamp in the living area , other then that great lodge.

This lodge was very well equiped. Very clean. Excellently positioned with a wonderful lakeside view .. Bedrooms a little small but very comfi. Plenty of storage for how ever long your stay is.. Excellent parking.. And a excellent access ramp..
