About this apartment rental
This cosy flat is ideally located in Les Houches, just a short walk from the supermarket so you can enjoy the surroundings on foot or by public transport. You'll particularly appreciate the terrace on sunny days, with its breathtaking views whatever the season. Peaceful neighborhood thanks to the Border Police office next to us. Parking and WIFI included. Chamonix 10 minutes away. All that's left to do is enjoy our wonderful valley with your loved ones. Welcome home!
This 36m2 flat has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the view, and comprises the following rooms inside:
> Fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, fondue, etc.), opening onto the living area.
> Living room with dining area (4pax), TV, WIFI and access to the terrace.
> Master bedroom with double bed (140cm)
> Refuge area with bunk bed (90cm)
> Bathroom (washbasin, shower)
> Toilets
During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.
In the event of non-compliance with this law, we decline all responsibility in the event of inability to access the accommodation and will not be able to assist you.
Ideally located in Les Houches and close to all amenities (Super U, organic shop, etc) while being able to access very quickly to the hiking trails not far from the flat. Ideal for sportsmen in all seasons, ski and hiking lovers.
Residency parking (not private) for your car and bus stop 2 minutes away for travelers without vehicles. Access to the heart of Les Houches in 5 minutes and easy motorway access to the whole valley, including Chamonix, in 10 minutes. You'll also have the advantage of being able to walk to severa local shops.
To discover the rest of the region by car, consider 30/40min for Megève / St Gervais and 1h15 for Geneva / Annecy.
