On a vinyard "Collina San Ponzio". 3 km from the centre of Barolo, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of La Morra, 15 km from the centre of Alba, located by a road. For shared use: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and plants, courtyard. Private: swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 100 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 04.Nov.). Outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Alba" 15 km. Owner uses some rooms in the house. Obligation to wear bathing caps.

Wir waren nicht das erste Mal im Collina San Ponzio und auch nicht das letzte Mal. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt, alles sauber, sehr gemütlich. Das Pool einfach herrlich. Die Aussicht über die Langhe ist einfach wunderschön. Besser kann man es nicht haben. Auch die Weindörfer sind sehr gut und in kurzer Distanz zu erreichen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne ins Collina san Ponzio.

Seit Jahren Stammgast–uns gefällt es immer wieder sehr gut– super nette Vermieter Familie!– Unbedingt mal die Weine verkosten!Vermieter immer am Wohlbefinden des Gastes interessiert.–Räumlichkeiten durch und durch gepflegt! Reisetipps: Idealer Ausgangspunkt, wenn man in den Bergen der Langhe wohnen möchte und die Weinberge genießen möchte–zentral gelegen um Weingüter in jede Richtung anfahren zu können.

es gibt nichts aus zusetzen, sehr nette Vermieter, große, saubere und nett eingerichtete Wohnung, 3, Bäder, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, wunderschöne, ruhige Lage mit Blick auf Weinberge und die umliegenden Hügel des Piemont, der Vorort produzierte und sehr leckere Wein kann verkostet werden, nächster Ort La Morra, ca. 3 KM entfernt, dort gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf, nächster großer Supermarkt ca 10 KM in Richtung Alba Reisetipps: viele kleine nette alte Städtchen (Monforte, Serralunga, Barolo, Novello) meist mit einer Burg bzw. Schloss, Alba, Asti, Cuneo, Mondovi–Outlet, Genua, Turin, Mailand
