About this apartment rental

Parco San Bartolo: Rustic, simple, historical cottage "Casamare Gabicce", 2 storeys, from the 17th century, surrounded by meadows and fields. 8 apartments in the residence. Above Baia Vallugola 2.7 km from the centre of Gabicce Monte, 5 km from the centre of Cattolica, outside the resort, in a secluded, sunny position on top of a hill, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property, garden (not fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, swimming pool (40 m2, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Oct.). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, hot tub, patio, terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: WiFi. Linen change weekly. Towel change 2 times per week. Room cleaning on request (extra). 200 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Cattolica" 5 km, pebble beach "Baia Vallugola" 1.5 km. Marina 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Gradara 3.5 km, Casteldimezzo 3.5 km, Pesaro 13 km, Rimini 30 m. Hiking paths: Parco San Bartolo 200 m, Parco Sasso Simone Simoncello 55 km. Please note: car recommended. Wunderschöne Umgebung, atmosphärisches Haus, großer Garten, Badebucht in Gehnähe und der tolle Pool war auch noch eingelassen, obwohl schon Mitte September. Also ein traumhafter Aufenthalt!
