Just a few minutes away you will find an exclusive golf course. Located close to local stores and large commercial areas within a 10 minute drive.
Moreover, the apartment is located just 5 min from the beach where you can enjoy a swim without worry in any of its beautiful beaches.

If you feel like exploring Marbella and doing some shopping, you just need to take the car and in approximately 40 minutes you will reach the city.

- Check-out: Until 11:00 am. A member of our team will be waiting for you at the house at your departure.
- Do not hesitate to contact us for personal recommendations, if you need any service such as transfer from the airport, a first shopping waiting for you at your arrival, boat rental or information on excursions or activities.
- For monthly rentals in low season please do not hesitate to contact us for prices.

- In case of leaving the house in bad condition or very dirty, it will be deducted from the deposit.
- Passport or ID details are required by the property.
- Due to new regulations concerning the impact of climate change, an additional charge will be applied in case of high water or electricity consumption, such as charging electric cars or high capacity batteries. This will cover the associated additional costs.
-All payments must be made by bank.
-The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay following the policies. It may take 7 days to make the return order.
- Due to climate change, governments may apply water restrictions, among others, which are not foreseeable and we cannot be held responsible. We apologize for any inconvenience

Fantastic stay, clean, had everything you needed. Needed to speak to property maintenance and manager and they couldn’t do enough. Highly recommend had a great holiday. So relaxed and will be booking again
