We all fit! We had 10 adults and 4 children and everyone had a space to call their own. Very roomy and clean. Great area to play games and hang out. Only complaints would be comfort of beds and lack of necessities such as toilet paper and garbage bags. Would definitely rent again.

The place is big and clean. It has easy access to stores and restaurants. It is close enough for food and grocery deliveries. The neighborhood is quiet and has walking trail.

Communicaton was good as we could not figure the lock (our problem). The house was very big and gave us wonderful space for all to be comfortable.
Only problem with the chairs around the kitchen table kept coming apart and need some work.
