About this house rental
Seanacnoc is a delightful 3 bedroom cottage with incredible views over Kenmare bay and the islands below. It is located in the Cappanacush area less than a ten minute drive from Kenmare town. It has recently undergone a full renovation so everything looks smart and clean and modern - the ideal place to enjoy your stay in this vibrant Kerry town on the Wild Atlantic Way.
Seanacnoc is a detached home set on an acre of private land with mature gardens to the front and side and plenty of grassed area to the rear. The two double bedrooms are at the front and so offer great sea views. The third bedroom is a twin with two single beds. The family bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need during your stay. It has a Bosch coffee machine, oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. The cupboards and shelves are stocked with all the cutlery, crockery, cookware and glasses you'll need. There is no tumble dryer but there is a clothes line out the back and a clothes horse for drying indoors.
Seanacnoc is cosy home which is heated with oil fired central heating. A new boiler has just been installed which is very efficient and can be controlled remotely.
The wifi is excellent and is available for guests to use free of charge during your stay.
The sitting room is at the front of the cottage with fabulous views. It has lovely pops of colour in the soft furnishings which really add personality to the room. There is a SMART TV, bluetooth soundbar and Alexa speaker in this room.

This is a nicely located cottage, a great starting point for extensive trips in the Kenmare/Killarney/Ring of Beara region. It’s very clean and well equipped and provides sufficient space for a party of five/six. We particularly liked the amazing views over the bay and the good appliances. The doors were a bit noisy to open and it would have been useful to know ahead that we’d need to dispose our garbage at the local recycling yard which has restricted hours, but it was on our way so no big deal (details in picture, one bag is now 6)

A lovely home, living room and 2 of 3 bedrooms have stunning views of Kenmare Bay. A nice kitchen with plenty of cookware and a nice dining room, A visit from local deer each morning and evening. Very peaceful. We'll return!
