The perfect location right in the heart of the best restaurants and cafes.
The booking procedure was quite complex with a large contract and security deposit.
Bedrooms are not sound proof as they are very open.

It was perfect in every way! The apartment is immaculate and they were always there to help us with anything we needed.
One bedroom doesn’t have walls all the way to the ceiling and so if the person sleeping in there is coughing or snoring, it can be a little hard to sleep yourself.

Gut platziert und besonders gute Service (das iCasamia Personal sind ganz lieb und hilfsbereit).
Extrem unfairer Vertrag, wo man unterschreiben muss, dass die Wohnung makenlos ist. Man muss dann innerhalb 24 Stunden alle Maken finden und melden. Nur so ist man von Extra-kosten geschützt. Das hat uns total genervt, weil die Wohnung hatte Millionen Maken und Nutzspüren.
Das Personal war super lieb aber der Vertrag war nicht fair und hat uns total gestresst.
