It’s cute old style family hous, in the old city, far from the resorts hustle.
Tho hosts were responsive and brought me an extra heating device when I complained in the app (an air conditioner wasn’t enough while -10 Celsius degrees)
We were 2 people but was given one key which was extremely inconvenient as you have to unlock and lock again the outer door.. so one had to go to the outer door, unlock it, climb back up to return the key. Not thoughtful.

Excellent location in old Bansko. The hosts were lovely.
The place could do with a little attention to detail and the broken banister outside the room needs fixing. The room could really use a bin!

The location was great and the apartment was quiet. The AC worked well.
The WiFi barely works. They tried "resetting" the modem, but it didn't do anything. The signal is weak no matter what. Keep this in mind bc you'll need to use your data for everything. The blinds didn't block out the sun, so in the morning a lot of the light got in. I also didn't like that there was no separation between the shower and the toilet, so after showering the floor and toilet would be wet. I accidentally left the AC on and window open one day, and when I came home a few hours later, the lady managing the property yelled at me. Obviously it was an accident, so making a big deal out of it, like it was an intentional thing was really uncalled for. Hotel guests are paying customers, not your children so perhaps the staff need to be mindful of that when thinking about how to communicate any issues with the guests.

В описанието пише разтегателен диван, но диванът не се разтягаше. За сметка на това пък беше доста удобен. Помолихме за 2 ключа, но получихме само 1, което обикновено не е толкова голям проблем, но този път беше. Казаха ни, че трябва да се движим заедно, което е невъзможно, защото единият става рано да кара ски, а другият спи до късно. По десет пъти на ден единият слизаше чак до входната врата да отваря за другия, което е изключително неудобно. Малко по-рано имаше коментар в ревютата, че хората имат нужда от втори ключ, на който собствениците са отговорили, че ще го вземат предвид, но определено не са го взели предвид. За такова място има крещяща нужда от 2 ключа.
Тъй като само един човек спеше на двойното легло, като сигурно на третото меко сядане върху леглото, една летва се отчупи от него и за малко щях да си ударя главата. В замяна получихме "вие сте нанесли щети", "скачали сте върху леглото". Никой не е скачал върху леглото, то просто се счупи. Дори имам свидетел. Но те настояваха, че сме скачали върху леглото. Вратата на банята не се затваря много добре, капакът на тоалетната не може да остане вдигнат.
