Все як на фото. Ввічливий господар. Чисто, тепло. Була вода, склянки, рушники,тапочки , розкладні стільці та стіл доя балкону. Кому потрібно, був вентилятор. Достатньо розеток біля ліжка.

La colazione non era inclusa ne prevista, posizione a 15 min a piedi dal centro di Udine. Il personale è molto gentile.
La testiera del letto probabilmente accumula polvere, mio figlio allergico ha avuto qualche problema di rinite allergica. La sistemazione è stata abbastanza in linea con quanto previsto, ideale per un soggiorno "spot" meno se si pensa di soggiornare per periodi maggiori (il bagno e i servizi sono in comune con un'altra stanza adiacente)
