Останахме много доволни от престоя си! Водата и в двата басейна е топла, чистота навсякъде, просторна стая, детски кът, вкусна храна, усмихнат и вежлив персонал. Ще се върнем отново.

Водата не е минерална и недостатъчно топла в басейна. Храната на вечеря беше безвкусна и с недобро качество на продуктите. Закуската беше добра.

Staff was really nice and friendly
Spa area was very clean and offered nice choice
The food was tasty
Quiet location, just few car minutes from the city center
Small beds in the twin rooms
At moments there was a very strong smell in the bathroom coming from the canal
On the days on which there were less guests, the breakfast was very scarce (only the simplest toast bread as option)
Poor amenities, generally it felt like the hotel is trying to cut cost at every corner
The coffee machine at breakfast was disappointing
The furniture could be more modern
