We liked that it was secluded and away from the Center of the city. Very spacious, fully equipped kitchen, AC in bedrooms.
The hill up to the property was a bit of a slog. Neighborhood dogs and resident woodpecker made for early mornings.

The house had everything you need for a good stay and it's all new or great condition.
if you sleep light be aware of the loud neighbors dogs.

There was a lot of space to spread out in. The living room was comfy and so were the beds in several of the rooms. It’s interesting to be in a pleasant residential neighborhood. We liked being behind Cahal Pech Resort and had easy access to that restaurant/bar as well as Obsidian Restaurant at Falling Leaves Resort.
These are things out of the owner’s control, but there was a loud house party our first night and howling dogs the second. A bonfire on a nearby lot filled the house with fire smoke.
