The property is in a typical Brazilian lower income area with a few shops , cafes nearby.
It was a bit hard to find taxis. Make sure you have an Uber app that works.

Do preço, simpatia e atenção do proprietário
Na entrada do Terreirão, crackudos ao redor, muito mosquito, deve ser pq é de frente para o canal, um cheiro de incenso horrível, e no banheiro o de cloro muito forte, sou alérgica, precisa perguntar antes de colocar, o sofá cama estava quebrado, controle da tv quebrado, as roupas de cama não pareciam estar lavadas. O endereço da entrada é diferente do endereço que está no booking. O local precisa de uma boa limpeza!!!
