Posizione semicentrale con metro a 10 minuti, alloggio ampio.
Arredamento funzionale ma che presenta i segni del tempo
Pulizia accettabile, necessaria un po' di manutenzione (finestra non si apre, tenda rotta, 2 maniglie della porta rimaste in mano, tenda strappata).
L'alloggio è al secondo piano senza ascensore. Le scale sono ripide ed i gradini piccoli ... quindi sconsigliato a chi non si muove agilmente.

L'emplacement du logement avec son confort et son espace de vie très agréable
L'entrée du logement fait lugubre et au sein de l'appartement les poignets des portes ce détachent y compris celle de la porte d'entrée qui peut donner un coup de stress.
Petit détail également mais dans le logement il manque du savon.
