About this apartment rental
This charming upstairs two bedroom 1.5 baths is perfect for a short get-a-way or longer stay! Although an older unit it has had some upgrades to include new flooring and new paint. Nightly rates are lower than other two bedroom units due to the fact that the deck does have plastic on the flooring. You can still use the deck, you simply walk on the plastic. Walking into the condo on the main floor you will find the first bedroom with a Q size bed. There is also the full bath and the washer and dryer available for your use should you need it. Moving also you will find the kitchen area stocked with glasses, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, small wares and much more. Microwave, fridge, over/stove, dishwasher and drip coffee maker. The living area has a nice wood burning fireplace and cable TV for your enjoyment. The sofa sleeper folds out to a full size bed. Great for kids ! The deck is off of the living area with a small two seating bistro table (there is no BBQ in this unit). You get a great view of Mount Baker and the Jacobs Landing clubhouse from this area. Upstairs is the second bedroom and a 1/2 bath. There is an open area that looks down onto the living space. While at Jacobs Landing you can use the indoor pool, soaking hot tub, tennis court, racquetball court. Complimentary WIFI no cable but smart TV for streaming.

Good location for walking to the main strip and lots of options for restaurants. The patio view is of the back of property so you’re looking at the parking lot and tennis courts. Unfortunately the downstairs tenants smoked outside. That smoke was drifting up into the condo having the sliding door open.

Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Had no issues. Place was even cuter in person. You are within walking distance to beach and restaurants. I do wish there was a map of the condo complex, this would identify the clubhouse and exactly where the unit is located. We didn’t have any issues with locating the clubhouse or unit but others might. Would 10/10 recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. Worked through some hiccups with payment but got it resolved fine, just took off some stars for unexpected extra work on my part. Great spot to stay!
