The interior is kept comfortable year-round with an efficient air-to-air heat pump. The outdoor living space is a true highlight, featuring a large and beautifully landscaped 1,200 m² garden. From the living room, you have direct access to a cozy, covered terrace where you can fire up the charcoal grill and enjoy the peace and quiet of the summer house area. It is the ideal setting for long summer evenings spent with a glass of wine under the open sky. The garden offers plenty of room for play and relaxation, providing a private sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Ideally situated for beach lovers, the property is just 600 meters from a lovely, child-friendly swimming beach equipped with various bathing jetties. While the home offers a tranquil escape, it remains a practical base for exploring the region. Whether you are spending your days by the water or enjoying the sunshine in the garden, this property captures the essence of a peaceful coastal holiday. Please note that the house is located in a quiet summer house district and is not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
