Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees. Outdoor shower, barbecue. Motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Ok, gestartet hat alles mit einem kleinen Schock. Der Besitzer scheint in der nicht vermieteten Zeit die Immobilie selbst zu bewohnen. So waren weder die Bäder noch die Küche ordentlich geräumt. Vielleicht ein bisschen typisch italienisch. Nach dem wir die Sachen ein wenig geräumt haben, haben wir nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Da merkt man eben die Vorteile der Eigennutzung. Die Immobilie ist komplett uneinsehbar eingezäunt. Hohe Bäume sorgen für Schatten und Kühle. Vor Ort eine Gartendusche. Alles im Haus ist funktional. In einer kleinen Werkstatt befindet sich nahezu jedes Werkzeug und Material. Das dazugehörige Seegrundstück liegt 50 m vom eigentlichen Grundstück. Es ist riesengroß und für mehrere Anwohner verfügbar, wurde aber nur von uns genutzt, weil die anliegenden Häuser einen Pool haben.Wir hatten ein kleines Schlauchboot und Luftmatratze dabei und den Seezugang täglich genutzt.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich hundefreundlich.Das Preis/Leistungs–Verhältnis top.Wir würdendas Haus immer weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch und hat einen gewissen Charme. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Leider gibt es keine Dusche. Für ältere Leute ist die Badewanne im Erdgeschoss viel zu eng und zu klein. Wer keine Hunde hat oder mag – jeder dort in der Nachbarschaft hat einen bzw. zwei und die bellen gerne :) Für uns kein Problem, da wir selber einen haben. Ausserdem gibt es kein deutsches Fernsehen – allerdings gibt es einige Videos die man sich ansehen kann. Alles in allem haben wir uns aber dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Reisetipps: Die Landschaft ist wunderschön. Mit der Fähre kann man schnell von Angera in kurzer Zeit andere Orte ansehen. Jeder Ort hat einen gewissen Reiz. Der Markt in Luino ist ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus. Unbedingt das " Rocco di Angera " ansehen sowie das Puppen und Spielzeugmuseeum.
