Rustic single-family house "Caa de Sass". In the hamlet Nasca 1.4 km from the centre of Castelveccana, 2.5 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 200 m long narrow motor access. Width of access road: 190 cm. Public parking 500 m. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Porto Valtravaglia" 3 km, pebble beach "Caldè" 2.5 km. Hiking paths: Nasca - Sarigo - San Michele 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Bella casetta indipendente nel cuore della frazione Nasca. silenziosa e confortevole. Tutta ristrutturata con legno e sasso. Scala all'interno per salire alle camere. Ci si tornerà l'anno prossimo

Da die Wohnung weder über einen Balkon noch über eine Terrasse verfügt, ist sie nicht für jene empfehlenswert, die am Abend ihren Rotwein in der Sonne genießen möchten – dafür ist die Wohnung sehr gepflegt und hat ein tolles Ambiente mit Holz und Naturstein – da sie nicht mit dem eigenen Pkw angesteuert werden kann, ist kleinteiliges Gepäck ungeeignet. Reisetipps: Der zum Wohnort gehörige Strand/Hafen ist sehr gepflegt und in der Vorsaison nahezu menschenleer.im Frühjahr ist der Lago Maggiore absolut top, im Hochsommer (persönlich) als Urlaubsziel (wegen Hitze und Menschenmassen) allerdings nur schwer vorstellbar.

Das Ferienhaus sieht wirklich genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos und ist in einem Topzustand. Alles sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe eingerichtet und super ausgestattet.Besonders gefallen hat uns die Galerie, die die beiden Schlafräume im Obergeschoss miteinander verbindet.Die originelle Lage im Dorf – die schmalen Gassen sind nicht einmal mit einem Kleinstwagen zu empfehlen – ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber man wird dafür mit himmlischer Ruhe belohnt. Der öffentliche Parkplatz oberhalb des Hauses ist meist (in der Hauptsaison) komplett belegt, es gibt jedoch unterhalb nochmals kostenfreie Parkplätze.Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und auch wir fanden im Kühlschrank eine leckere Flasche Prosecco sowie eine Salami. Da das Haus über kein W–LAN verfügt und man durch die dicken Steinmauern der alten Häuser nur bedingt Netz hat, kann man während des Urlaubs tatsächlich sehr gut „entschleunigen“ (wir haben Urlaub zu dritt gemacht und unsere 15–jährige Teenie tat sich am Anfang schwer mit diesem Umstand)Schade fanden wir, dass es keinen Balkon oder keine Terrasse gibt, ansonsten haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
