In the district of Obere Leiten 3 km from the centre of Ramsau, 6 km from the centre of Schladming, 11 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, in an elevated position in the residential district, along the wooded area, 6 km from the lake, 6 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: garden 700 m2 with lawn and trees. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis. Bread roll service. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises, single garage. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop "Ramsau Leiten Neuwirth" 1 km, railway station "Schladming" 6.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake "Ramsau" 6 km. - Hundezüchter unmittelbar daneben! - Die Sauna im Garten sowie das Haus insgesamt haben einen nicht wirklich gewarteten Eindruck hinterlasssen - mit Freunden ohne große Ansprüche halbwegs ok

Tolle Lage. Töpfe waren nicht verwendtbar wegen eingebranten Essensreste und fehlende Griffe. Es fehlten große Schüsseln für Essen von 7 Personen. Die Räume waren schon längr nicht von Staub und Spinnweben befreit. Ein Schlafraum im Keller war mit Schimmel befallen. Waschbecken hatten einen Sprung. Wasserhähne tropften. Mussten eine Pfanne kaufen um in einer sauberen Pfanne Essen zubereiten zu können. Vermieter sehr freundlich. Leider keine Behebung der Mängel während unseres Aufenthaltes.
