Modern, cosy house "Blue House". 2.2 km from the centre of Bretteville sur Ay, 10 km from the centre of La Haye du Puits, in the residential district, 150 m from the sea, 150 m from the beach. Private: property 850 m2 with meadow, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop 5.5 km, supermarket 10 km, bus stop "La Haye - Plc Flandres Dunkerque" 11 km, sandy beach 150 m.
"Blue House", 4-room house 130 m2 on 2 levels. Modern and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Exit to the garden. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 2 beds. Open gallery with sloping ceilings. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Een super fijn huis, veel ruimte, modern ingericht en heel schoon! Echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Het strand is heel dichtbij, de omgeving van het huis heel rustig. We werden ontvangen door Annie, een hele lieve vrouw die alles goed uitlegde. Niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken!

Unweit von einem sehr weitläufigen Strand kann man sich wunderbar erholen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Schöner Garten für kinder und/oder Hund, weil abgeschlossen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Hauswirtin!

Great house very close to the beach. Very friendly hosts and we were welcomed with some nice gifts. Surroundings are beautiful and do not forget to do some sand yachting (char en voile).
