In the district of Aregai 2.7 km from the centre of Santo Stefano al Mare, on the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Riva Ligure, 4 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, in a sunny position in the residential district, 400 m from the sea. Private: property (fenced). Outdoor shower. In the house: roof terrace. Parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 20 m, railway station "Arma di Taggia" 7 km, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 4 km pebble beach "Marina degli Aregai" 600 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Very complete holiday home with very friendly and helpful hosts. The home was very clean and had all necessary items to make the comfortable. Great little beach with nice beach bar serving authentic Italian food and drinks at ca 5-10 min walking distance. Highly recommend bringing bicycles as there is an extensive cycling tracks all along the coast (former train tracks). Parking spot fitted our large SUV. Whilst there is indeed a busy road close to the home (for us this normal for italy!) it did not bother us too much, but with small kids you may need to take extra care when crossing. The location is also perfect to make day trips to Imperia, San Remo, Genua, Monaco, Badelucco (to swim in mountainous river), etc. We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend!

Wohnung neu, super sauber, sehr geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. TV mit vielen deutschen Programmen. Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Traumhafter Meerblick von der Terrasse, ausgestattet mit Tisch, Stühlen, Liegen, Sonnenschirm und Dusche. Freier Strand, auf Wunsch mit Gastronomie und Liegen (gegen Gebühr), fußläufig erreichbar. Privater Parkplatz am Haus. WLan sehr schwach. Lage an der Aurelia. Aufenthalt/schlafen nur bei geschlossenen Fenster mit Klimaanlage möglich.

Haus an stark befahrener Straße. Sollte speziell erwähnt werden. Überquerung mehr als gefährlich, nicht für Familien mit Kindern oder Senioren geeignet. Terrasse nur über einen Außenzugang erreichbar. WLAN nur oben auf der Terrasse, im Haus nicht.
