For shared use: property. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 8 cars, limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Visp" 18 km. Gondola lift, skisport facilities, ski rental 100 m, ski bus stop 50 m, children's ski school, cross country ski track 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kreuzboden/Hohsaas 100 m, Saas-Fee 4 km. The owner does not accept any groups.

Appartement bien équipé. Malheureusement un rez-de-chaussée, sans terrasse ni balcon, sombre et froid. Pas de chauffage la nuit, bien que la température soit descendue en dessous de 10°C:
