Modern single-family house "Pirou Beach", built in 2018. 4 km from the centre of Pirou-Plage, 6 km from the centre of Créances, 18 km from the centre of Coutances, residential area (villas), 350 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Rond-point de la Lande" 10 km, sandy beach 350 m. No access to the balcony.

Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds. 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (8), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir genossen einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und sehr schöne Strandspaziergänge mit unserem Hund. Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett und zuvorkommend.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille (3 générations). Tout confort, bien situé, au calme, la maison est parfaite pour que chacun y vivent à son rythme. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil.

Das Haus ist sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet! Die Einrichtung an Tellen, Gläsen, Küchengeräten ist mehr als ausreichend und es fehlt an nichts! Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage zum Strand und in den nächsten Ort fussläufig! Alles war sehr sauber!

Wij zijn een week geweest in dit prachtige huis. Op loopafstand van de zee. Bedden waren bij aankomst keurig opgemaakt. Gastheer en gastvrouw waren uiterst vriendelijk alles was perfect schoon. We zaten 1 1/2 uur van La Mont St Michel en 3 kwartier vanaf Omaha Beach
