The apartment has lots of natural light and is furnished to a very good level, with a separate, fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, two electric ovens, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering. There is also a washing machine, heated airer and iron/ironing board.
You will be provided with a welcome pack on arrival of basics such as bread/butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.
The living area has plenty of comfy seating on which to relax and enjoy the use of a 43" Smart TV which has free to air terrestrial channels provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content. There is a balcony with seating for 2 people, with a lovely view of the bustling marina. There is also a dining table and six chairs.
The master bedroom has a king-size (5ft) bed, bedside tables and lamps. There is a large fitted wardrobe with hangers and shelves. This bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower room complete with toilet and basin. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps. The family bathroom has a toilet, basin, and 'jacuzzi' tryle bath with shower over the bath, and shower curtain. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.
The building has a lift from the first floor, so guests will need to climb one flight of stairs. The apartment comes with two 'tandem' parking spaces in the open, undercroft car park. The car park is accessed through an electric, fob-operated gate. The parking has a height restriction of 2.1m and width of 2.2m. Long wheel base vehicles will not be able to manoeuvre into the parking space.
Please note there is no requirement for a carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply to this apartment.

It has a thriving business district, an excellent cultural and arts scene, a constantly growing food and drink offering, sports and outdoor activities galore, some spectacular coastal, rural and architectural scenery, many places of interest to visit, and not forgetting the impressive history and heritage of the area which dates back to the Anglo-Saxon times. You will not be bored visiting Suffolk!

A great place day and night; watch world-class dance at DanceEast, hop on an Orwell River cruise or simply soak up the atmosphere with a stroll along the quayside.
Ipswich has a great transport service network of buses, trains and taxis as well as good access to A12 / A14 arterial roads and is just one hour from both London Stansted and London Southend airports by car, and the train from London Liverpool Street.
