The apartment looks nearly new and it was spotless clean. It's in a safe neighbourhood, just a few minutes walk away from an RER station, you can be in the center in 25 minutes. At night, you can hear very little noise from the street, but it's really very faint and not disturbing at all. We didn't meet the host in person, but whenever we had a question, they responded almost immediately.
Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly recommend it to others.
