We loved the location and the facilities. The staff were great though not all could answer all my questions. Food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. Our stay was great value and I'd recommend to anyone on a tight budget.
When checking in the member of staff couldn't explain where our pod was and how to get to it. The pod had no cutlery or crockery yet had a fridge, microwave, kettle and a washing up bowl. We were told that all we needed to bring was bedding. The pod could have been cleaner. We were unable to use WiFi as it asked for a voucher but wouldn't allow us to purchase one. The staff couldn't help with this.

Location, facilities, spacious pod with tv, friendly staff! Staff in the ranch especially were super :)
Not necessarily dislikes, ok for our one night. Sofa bed tad uncomfortable, only light is the main, cobwebs and ants (maybe can’t be helped being a pod). Would still stay again for a night or two or better accommodation for longer. The ranch itself is amazing with all the facilities and food.

Loved the facilities, food was great, facilities in the pod were good, toilets and showers very clean.
There was a large number of ants in the pod, the bed was very uncomfortable.
