Welcome to Cove Top Suite! On the edge of East Sooke/Roche Cove Regional Park, find peace and beauty in this 1-bedroom, 1-level suite overlooking Roche Cove from atop a mountain.
This home is a lower suite with no stairs, surrounded by landscaped gardens. Follow the slate path from the gravel parking lot, through the white gate and onto your private, exclusive deck. Feel free to wander the garden path and have a coffee by the water rocks, where the birds like to gather.
There is a slight step to enter the private front entrance.
Inside the suite, find the open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen. Settle in here to enjoy a movie on the Smart TV and warm up in front of the gas fireplace. The couch in the living room also unfolds into a queen-size sofa bed. Up against the wall, there is a work desk and chair.
The modern kitchen includes a full-size electric oven/stove, fridge/freezer, and all flatware, glasses, and essential cooking equipment. The dining table has four chairs. You also enjoy in-suite private laundry.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, a dresser, and ample closet space.
Outside, take your morning coffee while you watch the waves from the comfortable outdoor chairs. Curl up on the outdoor sofa in front of the fire table at night, or BBQ while you relax on the deck. Part of the deck is covered, so the outside can be enjoyed rain or shine.
No matter where you go, the ocean is only a glance away.
A car is recommended for accessing this home. By car, the home is located twenty minutes from the town of Sooke, ten minutes from the village of Metchosin, and and forty minutes from downtown Victoria. Enjoy the convenience of local amenities and the privacy of living on a mountaintop overlooking beautiful, natural parkland and ocean.
Ocean Breeze Suite is the neighboring suite to this one. This 2-bedroom suite sleeps 6 people and can be rented separately or together with Cove Top for a combined 10-person accommodation.

The host met us at the parking spot, welcomed us, wowed us with the view, and left us alone. The view alone is worth coming here but the amenities make it worth it. The place is super clean, recently built, EXACTLY like the photos, has full size appliances, lights in closets, and is apportioned like our own home. Each time I asked the host a question about the area she was “Johnny on the Spot” with the answer. Go to Stoked Wood Fire Pizza (about 30 minutes away for some of the best you’ve had. We were sad to leave this wonderful vacation spot.
