Beautiful, rustic 3-family house "Angolo di Sole". 3 km from the centre of San Remo, 24 km from the centre of Imperia, 30 km from the centre of Menton (Côte d'Azur), in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 800 m from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. For shared use: large, well-kept garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and flowers. Hot tub, parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 3.2 km, railway station "Sanremo" 3 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Local sale of farm products. Please note: residence with electric gates. The owner lives in the same residence. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Die Ferienwohnung „Garden“ in San Remo liegt ein wenig außerhalb des Ortskerns. Man benötigt ein Auto, um in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Die sehr saubere Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Außensitzplätze zur alleinigen Verfügung geben Meerblick und tolle Aussicht auf San Remo. Die nebenan lebenden Vermieter sind da, wenn man sie braucht, lassen aber zugleich alle Privatsphäre. Freuen Sie sich auf neugierige Katzen und einen sehr gutmütigen Hund. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr, sehr genossen.
