For shared use: large, well-kept terraced garden, 3'000 m2 (not fenced) with plants and trees, meadow. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Steep motor access to the house (ramp). The gîte itself was very nice. The setting is beautiful and picturesque. Location pretty good too. On the downside the kitchen was ill equipped, eg no chopping board, a lack of sufficient utensils. A few other bits and pieces and it would be fantastic. The crockery was chipped and cracked, possibly needs replacing. The viewing card for the tv was found to be expired, promised a new one would be dropped off but never arrived. A hairdryer would be a nice addition too.
I think an information sheet to be supplied on arrival with information, re where rubbish bins are located, also location of washing machine. We didn’t discover these things until time to leave. But overall was very nice.

Das Appartementhaus liegt am Hang und bietet von einem der zwei Balkone einen schönen Bick auf den See. Die Wohnung ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Dekoration könnte etwas moderner sein... Bauduen ist ein wunderschöner kleiner Ort, in dem man alles Notwendige bekommt.Dieser Teil des Sees ist ruhig und nicht so überlaufen. Man benötigt allerdings stets das Auto, da der Weg hoch zum Haus recht steil ist und es nur einen Trampelpfad entlang des Sees bis nach Bausduen gibt.

Die Appartements sind schön gelegen, dafür muss man allerdings eine etwas beschwerliche Anfahrt auf sich nehmen. Ungedingt Appartement mit Seeblick wählen!! Der Sonnenuntergang ist wirklich schön. Die Ausstattung war einfach und es hätte sauberer sein können. Die Vertmieter waren sehr nett und unkompliziert.
