Ogólnie średnio.Wielki minus za brak klimatyzacji i możliwość jej wykupieni.Brak Moskitiery w oknach i rąbiące komary gdzie przy zamkniętych oknach wieczorem w pomieszczeniu nie dało się spać i siedzieć jak w (saunie).Obiekt umiejscowiony przy śmietnikach na odpady i o 6.00 opróżnianie plus wyrzucanie śmieci i trzaskanie klapami śmietników do późnych godzin nocnych.Na miejscu w recepcji tylko Włoski i Angielski pozostałe języki nie Funkcjonują.W łazience i na tarasie jak i basenie Mrówki.
