For shared use: property (fenced), garden with trees, meadow, orchard, pond. Garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Shop 850 m, supermarket 8 km, bus stop 850 m, railway station "Landeck" 8 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km, natural swimming pond 2 km. Tolle Unterkunft! Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man brauch. Die Burg ist super gelegen und alles ist gut erreichbar. Unsere Kinder wollen unbedingt nochmal dahin ;)

Schöne, saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft mit rustikalem Charme. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden und im gepflegten Außenbereich stehen Tische, Stühle, Liegen usw. einschließlich Grill zur Verfügung. Die Betreuung bei Ankunft, Abreise und zwischendurch ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und informativ. Die Abrechnung der Nebenkosten erfolgt problemlos. Absolut empfehlenswert. Reisetipps: In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich viele verschiedene Ausflugsziele und Seilbahnen deren Nutzung mit der Gästekarte frei ist. In der etwas weiteren Umgebung bis hin zur Schweiz und nach Italien befinden sich schöne Pässe und Straßen. Empfehlenswert ist auch die nahegelegene Mautstraße ins Kaunertal die bis auf über 2700 m führt.

Intérieur typique autrichien, beaucoup de charme. Equipement cuisine limité mais suffisant. Très calme, très propre, bien entretenu. Proximité de commerces.Propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles. Conseils de voyage: Intérêt pour les adeptes de randonnées en montagne, dans une nature préservée.Belle découverte du Tyrol. Idéal pour les passionnés de photographies.
