Ski lift 1 km, gondola lift 1 km, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 400 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Member for Silvretta Card Premium: valid from summer 2023 - unlimited use of all open mountain railways and local public transport in Paznaun, Samnaun and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist für Skifahrer super. Ca.50 Meter von der Talabfahrt entfernt. Geschäfte wie Spar und Bäcker nicht weit entfernt. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren im Sommer mit Familie, Freunden und Hund da. Gemütliche Unterkunft, sauber, zentral und unseren Ansprüchen gerecht werdend. Einrichtung ist modern und ansprechend. Wenn etwas zu bemängeln wäre: es gibt einen Fernseher im Küchen-/Essensraum, für ein abendliches Zusammensitzen ist aber die Ausrichtung der Sitzgelegenheiten zu unbequem. Wäre im Winter leider nicht so schön, da man sich hier länger in der Wohnung aufhält. Ansonsten weiterempfehlenswert.
