Beautiful, cosy house "La Casetta", 2 storeys, semi-detached. 1 km from the centre of Sassofortino, 3 km from the centre of Roccatederighi, in a sunny, elevated position, 39 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 600 m2, terraced garden with wildlife garden. Barbecue house. 50 m long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Follonica" 39 km. Walking paths from the house 400 m. Nearby attractions: Roccastrada 9 km, Grosseto 33 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 45 km, Siena 60 km. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood.

The apartment is really nice. Very good equipped kitchen, comfy beds, very nicely decorated. Very friendly and warm welcome. Beautiful view. We really recommend this accommodation and will book again, if we come back to Tuscany!

Our family had a wonderful time at La Casetta. Roberto and Elana are wonderful and made us feel at home right away. It was our first trip with our 6 month old daughter and she loved it as well. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures and we cant wait to come back.

Dom bardzo dobrze wyposażony i zadbany. Z dopracowanymi detalami. Piękny ogród ze wspaniałym widokiem na okoliczne góry i równiny a nawet morze w oddali. Spokojna i cicha okolica. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny, wskazał okoliczne miejsca do odwiedzenia i polecił okoliczne restauracje. Uwaga na dojazd, który nie biegnie ulicą, która jest wskazana w adresie domu. Dom ma dwie sypialnie, mniejsza ma pojedyncze łózko z wysuwaną dostawką. Dla dwóch dorosłych osób może być ciasno. Ogólnie: bardzo polecam.

Mit dem Ferienhaus La Casetta in Sassofortino haben wir einen echten Glücksgriff gelandet! Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Blick ins Tal ist herrlich. Wir haben hier wundervolle 10 Tage verbracht, in denen wir uns prima erholt haben. An die Vermieter: Grazie per il tempo meraviglioso e per la vostra calorosa ospitalità! Torneremo un giorno! E tanti saluti ai genitori/suoceri. ...
