The rooms are very clean. The bar area is ok. The food is ok. The location is quite peaceful there is planty of parking. It’s an easy way place to stay for a night passing through.

We were passing through so only stopped a night but we enjoyed our stay. Good sized room, very comfortable beds and we both slept well which is not usual in a strange bed. Good breakfast was included and service was very prompt. Just opposite is the British Camp, an Iron Age hill fort of massive proportion which makes for a great walk with amazing views.

We had an amazing time at the Malvern hills hotel. All the staff were excellent especially John. They all seem to be very excited about there new internet.
