Bella postazione, vista stupenda, appartamento ben servito e la titolare è stata molto gentile e disponibile . Mi ha consigliato le attività da fare in zona e poi avendo chiesto se aveva un coprimaterasso impermeabile avendo una bimba piccola me lo ha procurato senza necessità che lo portassi da casa.

Wohnzimmer mit großem Fenster und Panoramablick auf den See und die Berge.
Davor ein großer, möblierter Balkon in Südlage. Bequemes Bett. Das Bad ist relativ klein, aber mit Fenster. Trotz der unweit verlaufenden Hauptstraße ist es ruhig.
Gutes Wifi. Gesicherter Parkplatz. Nächster Supermarkt in 10 Minuten und in die Innenstadt benötigt man 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Kontakt zum Gastgeber nur per WhatsApp, aber mit sehr schneller Reaktion.
Die frühzeitig zur Verfügung gestellten Informationen sind zum Teil falsch und sollten korrigiert werden:
Angebot zur Check in-Zeit und Wifi-Passwort.
Besteck und Geschirr hat Verbesserungspotential. Z. B. Ist nur ein Teelöffel vorhanden. Die Matte vor der Dusche ist zerschlissen und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Der Toilettensitz ist locker und muss befestigt werden.

Fantastic view. Our host gave us a wonderful welcome and provided good support when issues arose. Kitchen was well equipped with all needed items for self-catering. A bit out of town but a wonderful walk alongside the lake to get to the Thursday market. Good main road access, and to smaller roads around the lake.
Traffic noise was bad - the property is high above a very busy road, vehicles don't disturb the wonderful view but you can certainly hear them weekend and weekday; no problem with the window/doors shut but the warmth is best on the terrace. The internal sound-proofing of the neighbours beside and below was also poor, perhaps typical for similarly aged properties. There is a balcony/terrace but no garden as suggested in the description; this is only meaningful if you have pets to toilet, which can only be done on two small grass patches in the carpark. We felt it was overpriced for comparators.
