The Space:
Welcome to Sea Cliff in beautiful Manzanita, Oregon!
The name Sea Cliff says it all. Perched on a Manzanita cliff overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean, you can watch the waves roll in from multiple levels of decking. You will best enjoy the view from the hot tub on the main deck or the quaint deck off the upstairs bedroom.
Bring the family and settle into this three-bedroom, two-bath home with outstanding ocean views, an open floor plan, and luscious bedding. The main level of the house has one bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, and a full jack n' jill bathroom shared between the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own vanity with a sink. All bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, plush pillows, duvet comforters (no down).
The kitchen is fully stocked for the finest cook. The gas stove and layout of the kitchen is the perfect recipe for the best coastal meal. Let the dishwasher do all the work as you relax on the L-shaped couch in the living room. This couch allows for lounging and cuddling up near the gas fireplace. Just off the living room is the sunroom wrapped in large picture windows that showcase the ocean views. This room has an oversized fold-out couch (bedding supplied) and a love seat. Also, the sunroom is a great room to drink your morning coffee and enjoy the views. Play games or try your hand at one of the puzzles on the game table. Nearby is the large dining table that seats up to 8 people.
The washer and dryer area is off the kitchen and has an ironing board/iron.
Things to note: There is no beach access from this location. You can walk to get down to the beach, but it would be about a 20-minute walk or drive down in 3 minutes. Walk to town is about 15-20 minutes from the house. There is an eight-person occupancy (max seven adults). No pets are allowed at Sea Cliff.

Getting Around:
If staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car but if wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.
Other Things to Note:
The hot tub fee is in the total of your rental, there is no additional charge for use of the hot tub.
Interaction with Guests:
We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.
After booking, all our guests will get an after hours phone number to call in case of emergency.

My daughter and I came down for the winter holidays and enjoyed ourselves very much. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beds are comfortable with very nice linens. Bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling clean. The gas fireplace kept us warm and cozy as we soldiered through the power outage of the 2024 Christmas Wind Storm. Instructions and all interactions with staff were helpful, professional and friendly. Super easy check-in and out. The hot tub was divine. Hope to come back in the summer!

This home has become our favorite place to stay in Manzanita the last few years. The house is clean and comfortable and we love the ocean views from the hot tub. Thank you for another fantastic stay!

Our stay was phenomenal. We had only one time we called, and the super herself showed up immediately! Turned out to be an "operator" error, but they were very understanding. The place was very clean and tidy making us feel totally at ease, with everything we needed.
Our stay was more than I can relay in just a few words, but we all thank you for a wonderful and customer oriented time! Loved it!
