Three bedrooms. The terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly hosts.

Sadly, our experience was tainted because we had an issue with Booking rather than with the hosts. The hosts messaged us four days before arrival telling us that bed linen and towels are charged. I called Booking, they verified that in the English version of the app, the facilities list includes linen and towels right above an item that reads: linen and towels (extra fee). Because of this confusion, they offered to reimburse the linen and towels cost once I pay and send them the picture of the receipt. I did that, and called Booking again. This time, the new agent dismissed what the first one had said and refused to reimburse me. Instead, I got an email thanking me for flagging up the confusion. The hosts showed me that in the French version the info is there, so I can only make Booking responsible for this. It is a shame that they didn’t take responsibility for it.

Un appartement spacieux très confortable avec toutes les commodités nécessaires en parfait état de fonctionnement, dont un box pour la voiture qui bénéficie ainsi de l'assurance d'un stationnement.
