Civetta BLU, Blue Owl Apartments

Struttura molto nuova e fresca, spazi perfettamente attrezzati e ben suddivisi. Molto comodo il chek in a distanza e l'accesso con codice+app di apertura porta. Cucina attrezzata con tutto ciò che serve (da noi non utilizzato, soggiorno brevissimo), compreso bollitore e macchina caffè: molto gradite le cialde e bustine tisana a disposizione. Il parcheggio è sotto lo stabile, spazio auto dedicato (c'è la possibilità di racaricare l'elettrico se necessario)

Purtroppo i cuscini non erano di mio gradimento, ma mi rendo conto che è un giudizio troppo personale, che nulla toglie al soggiorno piacevole. Giusto per approfondire: l'appartamento si trova nel quartiere di Solteri, leggermente fuori da Trento, in una zona prettamente commerciale.

Struttura moderna con tutti i comfort, buona posizione e host super

Spacious, well equipped and clean apartment in a strategic location: it's walking distance (about 20 mins) from the inner centre of town while it also offers easy access to the road and motorway network. Supermarkets of various types are just a few minutes walk away. We found everything super comfortable, from the bed (firm) to the shower. There is access to washing machines inside the building, very useful for longer stays. We had an apartment on the first floor with a long balcony that goes all around the property. While, as other reviewers have noted, the immediate views are not interesting, you can also see plenty of nature in the distance. It was pleasant to have our coffees/teas seated outside. (complimentary coffees, teas and even fruit were available). Nicola the owner is kind and helpful.

No issues to report. As a minor suggestion, some cereal bowls might come handy for Summer breakfasts.
