Very friendly and committed staff and owner. The apartment is large, clean, and there was a feeling of freshness in every room. Well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The building where the apartment is located is right next to the beach. The entrance to the water is sandy, and for a distance of 200 meters, the water depth is a maximum of 1.5m. This ensures a safe vacation for the whole family - a super place for paddle boarding or kayaking. We plan to return there next year.

The first and the most important - every picture of apartment, which You find on Booking.com, is 100% true! Apartment building is located on the beach, 20 meters, and You can swim already. Apartment perfectly serves two couples. Perfectly equipped kitchen, very good air conditioning (3 separate units). Terrace with roof, which protects from the sun. Easy check-in. On the opposite side of the street there is 24/7 shop with all essential products. What's also important - reliable and cheap public busses to/from Larnaca, You can reach city center in 10 minutes. Of course I should mention that all communications with owners were very easy, they really take care of their guests

New and completely complete equipment, great attentive host. Direct access from the building to the beach. Parking available, easy access to the center of Larnaca and the surrounding area. If possible, we will be happy to come again.
