The location is fantastic, felt very safe. The apartment was very clean and stylish. There were a couple of minor niggles but on the whole we had a great stay and would like to return.
I hadn't seen that I needed to provide photos of photo ID until we were already on the train to New Street, it was very stressful trying to organise this so that we didn't lose the booking.
However once organised check in was ok.
Some of the dishes and pans were dirty when we came to use them. There were only two dishwasher tablets for our five night stay, surely one per day would be better. Oven gloves would be good and so would a hand towel in the kitchen.Despite the little niggles it was a great stay.
